Before we hired Cut & Trim, areas of our lawn were often scalped by wide mower decks that could not amend to accommodate a sloped section of our property. That lawn damage hasn’t occurred since we hired Tyler’s company, because Cut &Trim arrives with a variety of lawn equipment. They are prepared and willing to address the challenges of turf that might require another piece of equipment.
Transporting and maintaining additional equipment surely results in greater business expense for this organization. It also demonstrates a respect for the properties they serve. As a consumer, that means a lot to me. Apparently I’m not alone in that appreciation, because they seem to have added many nearby properties to their list of customers.
This company demonstrates a work ethic that I applaud. I could offer a few examples, but for the sake of brevity I’ll say it’s just remarkable. And I have found them responsive and cooperative in a way that assures me we will remain a forever customer.
